You haven't said what model NEFF you have but AEG is owned by NEFF.
If it is the same capacity and functionality I'd accept it
How have you managed these last 2-3 weeks ?
It may be a quite new model as I can't find much in the way of reviews but the few I found were very positive.
Apologies, AEG is now owned by Electrolux
Your insurer appears to have a deal with Euronics, as that AEG model is only sold by them. So there are very few reviews available but, at £699, it's the dearest model in their entire range, so your insurers certainly aren't trying to palm you off with some cheap rubbish. The specification looks good (including an A+ energy rating), so it seems to be a decent offer to me.

Thanks to ALL of you. We managedwith difficulty, bought a small fridge' kept it in the lounge for neccessities. Luckily we had a spare fridge/freezer out the garage as it was a relatively new one when we had the kitchen refitted.
