My friend has lost a gold pendant on the beach. Might she be able to find it with a standard metal detector?

They find gold coins with them so I don't see why not.
She could probably find a needle in a haystack too...

Thank you, shootah. At least she has "some" hope. It's a very big beach, I'm hoping for a miracle.

A metal detector will find it. They can detect something as small as an ear stud.

You say that WBM but it's "a very big beach". Add in tides too...

Good luck.

But with a detector there is a much bigger chance of finding it...along with all sorts of other things!

Ask if a local metal detector club can help, the more searching the more chance of it been found.

Thank you all. It is a very big beach, but she knows where she was on it. Hoping for lots of luck. The pendant means a lot to her.
