We are going away for New Year with for friends. We are going to a hotel at Taunton. Afternoon tea at 3.00 pm. Champagne and nibbles at 5.00 pm. Five course dinner at 7.00 pm followed by entertainment and dancing. More champagne at midnight.
Next day we are all going on a steam train trip to Minehead and other places with getting on and off stops on the way.
Another dinner in the evening then home the next day stopping off somewhere for lunch on the way.
We can't get home too soon as SIL is taking our bath out and replacing it with a shower tray as we are both struggling a bit now getting in and out of the bath for a shower. He is coming in the morning to get started so we have to get a move on.

Have lovely time. Taunton is a very nice town, not far from me. I think I can guess the hotel you'll be staying in.
The train ride will have lovely views. Never been on that one, myself.
