I believe I have been scammed over the past year by this Company as EE told me I subscribed via my Mobile which I do not recall Has anybody else had this experience? .Any advise would be welcomed in particular how to unsubscribe.

If the charge is appearing on your EE bill tell EE you want to unsubscribe.
Ask them to give details of when you signed up and for evidence that you dialled the relevant number in the first place.
A few years ago my children when teenagers would subscribe unknowingly to things- and I know some adults do too thinking they are getting something for nothing without realising they have to keep paying

Mobile telephony service suppliers ought not be allowed to take someone's word of a subscription and steal money from a customer's account to hand over to those making a claim. All such claims should be confirmed with their customer first. But bet the law allows such activity. Companies seem better protected than individuals in these sorts of situations. :-(
