Hi Foodie Abers out there ..... we've got a cooked rack of lamb which we would like to enjoy for our Boxing Day dinner today - any thoughts about re-heating it. When I took it out of the oven last night, it was perfectly cooked, so wouldn't want to dry it out. Any suggestions, please ... ?
