Hi,

I have recently purchased a new nokia mobile (for the previous 3 years I have upgraded to motorola).
The problem is - some of my saved numbers/ contacts in my phonebook come up as just the number when they call or text. For example, my boyfriend is now a number as apposed to his name showing on the screen!!

Does anyone know how to stop my saved contacts reverting to numbers....i have spoken to a few people and they have had the same problem... but i dont know how to stop it happening!

Have you saved the numbers twice under different names? If you have, the 'phone "doesn't know" what name to use so the number shows instead.
