How Do I Stop My Tablet Screen Moving?

I'm trying to list an item on ebay and want to crop a picture, but every time I try to use the crop tool on Ebay, the whole picture moves. It's a Samsung tablet, and I have it locked in landscape mode. Apart from using a separate photo editor, how can I stop the screen moving?

Unsure, but shrink the view first using two fingers, so that the page isn't larger than the screen and thus liable to scroll.
