Kik Not Working?

unable to contact to my KIK account for 3 days now on my Windows Phone?
Have emailed KIK but no reply
Any help would be great thanks....

If none of those work, you might need to uninstall the app and then reinstall it.

Alternatively, follow Bill Gates' example and switch to an Android phone ;-)

Thanks but i Can't reinstall as the app seems to have disappeared from the windows app store....

^^^ Softonic, just like Download.com (a.k.a. CNET) has two types of download links.

With the 'Installer Enabled' (or similar) ones you need to ensure that you select 'Custom Installation' (in order to avoid getting loads of unwanted stuff) but the 'Safe Download' links are fine.

Ok so i tried both downloads But each time re-directs me to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/windows-10-mobile-upgrade

and the page says "Windows Phone 8.1 End of Support"

So does that mean KIK will never run again on my phone?

Support for Windows Phone 8.1 ended 4 months ago, so your phone will no longer receive things like security updates. However, based upon the message you're seeing, it appears that Microsoft have withdrawn the facility to install apps too.

If you've got one of the phones listed below you can upgrade it to Windows 10 Mobile. (Otherwise it might be time to look for an Android phone!):
