TWR....as I don't think that electric cars are going to be with us in anything other than small quantities, then I am not imagining much of a problem.

Rather than a licence based on fuel use, it will be replaced by a licence based on how many wheels you have!!

Don't worry they will think of something. Bring back the hovercraft ☺☺☺
