Thanks Sapelsam, after much searching I have discovered she is Lisa Diveney.

You've done better than me Bowlswidow, all I could find was that she was Scottish and even that was wrong. This first article I found mentioned Freeman and Joanna Page, I then later remembed she was his ex wife/partner.

Joanna Page and Martin Freeman were together in the film Love Actually, not in real life. Martin recently split from his wife, actress Amanda Abbington. The actress in the Vodafone ads is Lisa Diveney from Wales
