We have those - they take the standard size SIM ie, not the micro size.

I did, of course, mean doro 6520.
The Doro 6250 takes a micro SIM
Question Author
where do I get such a card?
^^ As did I :-)
However, they are micro and not Standard, actually nothing has been standard for more than 10 years, they were the credit card sized ones, then comes the mini which most people are familiar with, then the micro and lastly the nano which current iphones take and is actually smaller than the chip printed on it! https://www.doro.co.uk/doro-6520.html
Mine has the card which is about 1cm wide - I assumed that was standard now.
bhg, that probably is the most common but technically it's a mini SIM so if Norm asks for a standard SIM he'd get the wrong size, best just to tell the shop what phone it is for and let them sort it :-)
I stand corrected Fitzer - the last phone I had with the "Standard" SIM (using your terminology) was more than 10 years ago and I assumed they were now extinct.
