Best App For Free Tv Download To Laptop?

I have an app called filmonTV on my phone, it lets me watch TV on my smart phone.
I tried to download the same app for my laptop. It works after a fashion but despite supposedly being free it constantly stops and asks me to subscribe to the paid for version.
Has anyone got a good free app for my laptop, it's on Chrome if that matters.
