Thank you all,i have been using it correctly but somebody on twitter tried to correct me saying it was should`nt i thought i was right i shall now take pleasure in yelling at them.
thx Prood - you know I have nevuh seen that before today ?
oh god wyn is another one ( anglos saxon letter always on my lips as you might imagine)

contractions are never used in formal writing ( anything above an email) - xc direct speech - He said: "Didn't I ?"
Y doubles up as a vowel in certain words and is a full vowel in Welsh, as is W.
'take pleasure in yelling at them'

I wouldn't do that....
"Why could not becomes couldn't instead of could n't for example."
Maybe because no one says "could n't", they concatenate the words to say "couldn't". The verbal would surely preceded the written.
PP // Pyx is the only exception// - rhythm
...and myth and dry and pry and shy. Examples are numerous. Y is classed as a semi-vowel as it can be used either as a vowel or a consonant.
// every word in English has to have a vowel //

You’ve hit your rhythm now, PP.
