Does anyone know where you can buy men's trousers with proper men's zippers? They have been getting shorter over time and now seem to be universally equipped with women's zips i.e. 120mm long (4.7 inches) While this saves money it's not much fun for blokes - the standard was always eight inches (c.200mm).

LOL, know what you mean, Rob. A pain aren't they ( literally sometimes ), Levi 501's are worse, they have buttons.
I'm afraid I don't have an answer but I do blame Evan Davi(e)s and friends for being so skinny and the demise of the shoulder pad necessitating a baggier suit.

To be crude, if you perch rather than point it doesn't matter the length of the zip.

Perch? so that's what all this unisex bog stuff is about!
We'll need to start a campaign for more stalls in men's toilets.
Pointless with those zips though Rob, you'll eventually do yourself a mischief.
