I am booked in on a Christmas Tour via an agent. I am a member of BA Executive Club and collect Avios Points. As I didn't arrange the trip, can I still have the points added to my account, either before or after the trip?
I would like to contact BA Avios by e-mail, not by post. The telephone calls cost 7p/minute. Does anyone have their e-mail please? I couldn't find it on the website.

I'm not familiar with this scheme but usually if you have your boarding pass or you apply within a certain time after the flight you can claim the points. Good luck!
possibly not: if it's a package deal, the class of seat you've got may be non-upgradable with Avios.

Try the ordinary-price or freephone numbers here

Contact the agent and give them your Exec Club No. They should be able to add the details to your booking. Alternatively, you can claim the points online.
Get the PNR number from the travel agent so that you can phone up and get your points added to your account.
sorry, I didn't read the question properly. If you can't do it online, go to the check in desk, they'll usually do it for you
as jno says . . . you can also add your club no to the booking at check in. Don't forget to do it on the return journey, as well. If there is a problem, keep your boarding card stubs to send in to BA later, if necessary.
