If the old man wasn't trying to access such material I can't imagine why he'd have been looking at a site promising 'nieces'. I definitely wouldn't give him the benefit of the doubt. Dirty old devil.

it's possible that he was looking for "ordinary", legal material involving teenagers and expected to find it on such sites. From what I've read, real hard-core material exists on the internet, or the dark web part of it, but is difficult to access unless you belong to arcane file-sharing groups. (This may be wrong; it's not a field I know anything about.) You don't find it on mainstream porn sites like that one appears to be.

I only looked because the actual names of the sites were given, hc4361, so no flailing around in the dark was required. But obviously my search history won't look so good now if the goon squad turn up.

When I lived in Gloucestershire there was a highly profiled case of a young girl who claimed she had been abducted and sexually assaulted, she gave descriptions of the man, and the place, a huge search was carried out several men were detained and questioned, after a period of about a fortnight, she confessed to her parents that she had made up the whole story, presumably to gain attention.

That is why, unlike some people on here, I am very cautious about condemning a man on an uncorroborated testimony, particularly when it comes from an 8 year old.
