On my Android phone, bottom line, far right.

thanks but not on mine (moto 2g)on my dial pad apart from numbers i have * # and+
No dot on my Android either - but surely you don't need to indicate pence anyway, as you'd be topping up in whole pounds?
Ivor, try sending a text, one of the keys should have the punctuations. That should show you the full stop.

Ivor, can you explain the difference between dial pad and key pad, I'm totally confused.
"...its the dial pad im using NOT the keypad..."
Yes, understood. As I say, on my Android dial pad, there's no full stop (dot), just as there isn't on a landline phone, corded or cordless. No problem in topping up by entering an amount followed by #.
I'm not understanding this 'pence' business.
If you enter, say, 50, followed by #, what message/announcement do you get?
Question Author
