where is the dot you put between money when topping up something on a mobile dial pad i cant find it on android ie: 50.00 or 50:00 i can only do 5000,i only have +#* on my pad

Can't you just put 50?

no it had to be entered with the pence part on the automated system it would not accept a plain 50
In the bottom right hand corner near to the smiley.

Make sure you have the English keyboard and not the Chinese one.

its not the keypad its the pad you dial numbers with i'm on about
I am sorry, I am confused, why would one want to top up figures on a mobile dial pad?

Isn't a calculator used for topping up figures, and a dial pad for dialling a telephone number?
They mean topping up their PAYG account, i think, AOG.
