I have a phobia of rolling my eyes when someone is talking so they think I'm annoyed with them. How do I get over this phobia, or view eye rolling as a positive, or any positive affirmations, or any way to accept eye rolling. Your suggestion should will be appreciated.

But there's no need to do it if it's uncalled for.
You don't have a phobia. You have a habit.
