It's not a gun law, it's a firework law. Two different things.

^ exactly that's the point. Fireworks including Sparklers are banned but guns are fine!
I don't get the point of this article.

Lol, well that’s bad news for young alcoholic Scots with sweet tooth’s
I'm glad the US restricts the sale of fireworks. I wish we did the same here. I also wish they'd restrict firearms. Although, having said that, I've been to the US lots of times and have never seen anyone with a gun, or even suspected that someone might be carrying a gun.

I was on a bus trip with a woman from Alabama who said she owned guns. I was a bit scared for a while until she said "Don't worry, I'm not armed today".

some states licence concealed guns - the whole concept scares the crap out of me
