This should be worth keeping an eye on today... Unless she has a last-minute change of heart and listens to her own back-benchers, and others, May is faced with losing this debate,

OG....somebody has already said that the charge for the calls to the helpline wasn't applicable to everyone, but the point is that it shouldn't have been applicable to anyone at all, and that is what has changed today.

It should have been a 0800 number in the first place.

Nothing will convince me that the Government wouldn't have had a change-of-heart if it didn't have all the opposition to it, from its own back-benchers, as well as everyone else.
