You're not really asking a question, are you locusts. Forget the games. Just say what you want to say.
Locusts....you have this all wrong.

"God" doesn't allow anything...how can he when he/she doesn't exist ?
The issue of a 'god' is an outdated concept which was invented to explain such questions as yours and others that humans can't easily understand such as why do we have night and day......now one tends to think that some people are not very nice for a variety of reasons and get on with it rather than blaming some made up deity.
Mikey, you missed out 'it'. ;o)
Evil is a human concept.
Humans would not develop if they knew someone was going to fix everything every time they screwed up.
It'll end when you learn to do the right thing instinctively.
Are you questioning why we go to war, why people get murdered, and fatal accidents, if so, thats a human fault, that will never stop.

But if you were on a desolate island, thousands of miles from mankind, and a coconut fell from a tree, and killed you, thats bad luck, nothing to do with a so called God :-)
Look up "Theodicy" any major library catalogue, and you will see vast numbers of titles on this very subject. You will probably have to read only a hundred or so books on theodicy before you come to the conclusion that the theologians actually can't explain it at all.
its human beings that go to war, and those in the middle are the ones who suffer, often women and children. There is no such thing as a God, just an invention to keep the masses in order.
God doesn't allow it because it doesn't exist.

We are just a *** race that doesn't know how to treat our fellow humans.

So stop wasting time on it.
When starting my degree course in Catholic Theology my tutor/priest said only one thing was certain. It was that, by the end of the course, I would be a confirmed atheist.
Here's another verse from Isaiah for you locusts

//I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things (Isaiah 45: 7)

So theres your answer, God himself says that he creates evil.

Locusts - “Why Does God Allow Evil And Suffering?”

He doesn't. He didn't. He couldn't. He isn't.
God does not exist. You imagine and wish that He exists because that makes you feel better about you. It's narcissism all the way down with you...

Grow up.
God is a concept by which we measure our pain.

I can say it again if you like...
God, you mean Aliens.

So theres your answer,
locusts God himself says that he creates evil. Yes but you need to read all the versus. Isaiah 45: 1.15) . But he can use them when it is necessary in rigthnees and truth . The meaning of God bring evil . Rightly, GOD brought evil or calamity upon Adam for his disobedience. Hence, in the Scriptures, GOD is referred to as the Creator of evil or calamity. ( Isa 45.7compare kj.) His enforcing of the penalty for sin, namely, death, has proved to be an evil, or a calamity, for mankind. So, then, evil is not always synonymous with wrongdoing. Examples of evils or calamities created by GOD are the Flood of Noah’s day and the Ten Plagues visited upon Egypt. But these evils were not wrongs. Rather, the rightful administration of justice against wrongdoers was involved in both cases. However, at times GOD , in his mercy, has refrained from bringing the intended calamity or evil in execution of his righteous judgement because of the repentance on the part of those concerned. JON 3.10 Additionally, in having a warning given, GOD has undeservedly provided opportunities for the practicers of bad to change their course and thus to keep living. Eze 33.11
