Have tentatively solved this one, but am unsure about two answers. 15a Relations in thrall of outrageous canto I quote, C?T?T?O? I have CITATION which has anag. of CANTO plus CIT[E]=QUOTE, but I can't see where the "relations in thrall" part comes in. Also 20a Personality that's popular ignoring son as Peter Pan?, E?F?N. The only thing I can come up with is ELFIN, which does reference Peter Pan, but how the rest might apply is a mystery.

I must say I've had more fun with this one than I have had in quite a while.

15 I think IT is the 'relations' (!) +Canto I, anagrammed to give Citation = Quote.
20 Self = Personality, ignoring son = lose the 's', so elf +In, popular.
it is (sexual) relations, i agree
The IN in ELFIN comes from popular - (S)elf in

Thank you both! So "It" as in Clara Bow the "It Girl". Pleased to learn it is still a current term!
