Just noticed on my bank account that the DD for my TV licence is followed by these 3 letters. I know what GBP stands for but what is MBP?

Monthly Bank Payment ?
Question Author
Makes sense. Just that none of my other monthly DDs have this.

MBP is Monthly Budget Plan. If you need to query this, please email [email protected].
It means you pay for your TV licence on their Monthly Budget Plan
