Answerbank is now only a shadow of its former self, and if the idea is to get advertisers in, then the old format has to be better.
Whose silly idea was it to ignore the old adage, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it?"

Which particular bit don't you like?

If you're using a PC, simply pressing Ctrl and - together twice will change the display to 80%, making the site much friendlier on the eye.

Most other problems (that were present when the new format was adopted) now seem to have been ironed out. (OK, there are still issues for people with visual handicaps, who use screenreaders, but I'm guessing that you're not one of them, Theland). So, what's your problem?

Like trying to read a new map with different symbols.
there is some repetition now and again, PP, it's true. You get the call-and-response effect of an old time revival meeting

I would like to see the avatar of the original poster, to draw my attention to it.
I noticed change but decided I needed to live with it if I would still wanted to contribute
I can see the avatar of the OP, also the OPs posts are a different shade in the thread
'View All Categories' could change to, well, view all the categories (including the sub ones, as used to be the case). When looking for a forum one doesn't wish to have to guess which sub category it is.
sub-categoties are now too fiddly to get at - I've given up looking at them.
