Mail, Sun, Mirror and Daily Star as far as I can find.

I am sure that if I am wrong someone will soon be along with the evidence.

It was I who asked the question, and not for me to speculate an answer, although you all want me to.

But sorry I can't be bothered to join you in with your childish game.

/// Who were you thinking of? ///

I don't really know, perhaps it is because they were also low profile footballers?
AOG - //How on earth you ever became a moderator or have even remained one, with the continuous accusations of racism that you aim at me. //

Bringing the concept of race into a debate does not make you a racist.

Pointing out that you have done so, does not constitute an accusation of racism.

Fortunately, the Editor and Moderators on the site understand the difference, even though it is clear that you do not - which is why my post remains on the thread - it does not contravene Site Rules.

Your persistent and un-called for comments on my Moderator status however, do contravene sit rules, so I will remind you once again that my, or anyone else's Moderator status is not up for discussion, and will not be further addressed on this thread.
AOG - // What is interesting about this thread however is the fact that some have chosen to attack me, without one mention of the poor 17 year old girl and condemnation of the two brutes (careful not to use the word savages) who raped her. //

Allegedly raped her - the case is ongoing.

No-one has 'attacked you' - people are questioning your points, as you do, which is the essence of debate.

No mention of the victim is pertinent to the OP you have raised, and as always, condemnation of this crime, if proven, can be taken as read, and not as an excuse for you to demean your fellow AB'ers and take the moral high ground on something which is not being discussed.

//Could it be the same as the Rotherham type child abuse cases, that some are frightened to do so in case they are classed racist? //

No it couldn't - but it could be that your imagination is running away with you - again.
