I rode on the back of a motorbike in Spain with my Spanish lover. Actually it was a scooter.

We drove (my estimation) hours and when I got off I was bow-legged. That was ok. Next day shins of my legs were burnt to a bone.

My first husband had a motorbike. I used to ride on the back of it.
We had a crash one day, I flew through the air and bounced three times on my head. Luckily I had a crash helmet on. It looked like a boiled egg after it had been attacked with a spoon.
I was very lucky, just bruised and shook up.

I've only ever been on the back of any form of motorbike once. It was actually a scooter, it was only for about half a mile, it was at low speed and it was 40 years ago - and I'm still shaking!

Many years later in a different part of the country an ex pupil offered me a lift home from school on the back of his motor bike
Said thanks, hoiked up my tight skirt , put on the spare helmet and off we went
