My husband went on a charity walk yesterday,walking twelve miles in all. When he came back he had a cold shower to help his stiffness. Today he is still feeling very sore,especially in his ankles. Any ideas please to help him ?

Yes ...400mgms of Ibuprofen, as and when necessary for pain.
