On my FB feed and although I understand the concept behind the added calcium benefits (older people might benefit well from it) it doesn't say how you use it once pulverised.

Do you sprinkle it on for? Use it like flour? Put it in drinks or what?

looks like it is sprinkled on food ? would have to be dust like I imagine..

well given that they quote the National Institute of Health ( valid and respected American government body) to support their claim and there is no mention of it on the NIH website, I'd be very sussy about believing anything they said.
