Neff Oven Element Problem

Can anyone advise please. I replaced a Neff element a few years ago and everything was fine. The fan element burnt out recently and I replaced it as before. This time the oven did not heat up, so I replaced it with another new element but the oven still does not heat up. There is no sign of wire burn or other damage and the spade connectors are also undamaged and unmarked.
The conventional part of the oven still works so we do have that facility.

You need to test the spade ends for 230v. If no voltage is present then the stat or timer may be at fault. If the fan still works the fault could be with the stat.
