Is there a particular trigger?
Something is obviously not quite right. See your GP again as soon as possible.
That is not the whole story......you past medical history and medication is of the utmost importance as the symptoms suggest that you are in congestive cardiac and probably left ventricular failure (sever heart failure). As you were discharged home yesterday, I would suggest that the hospital knows of your condition.
Where do you go?
Either call your GP or go back to casualty.
Sqads right - you can't mess about with your breathing. Either call out of hours doctor or casualty.
