does anybody know how often or when coins are issued in the year I haven't seen any coins (normal everyday money) showing the year 2006. Have any been issued yet?

Me and my brother have a competition every year. The first one to find a coin with that years date on it wins that amount of money from the other one. So if I found a �1 coin with 2006 on it, he has to give me �1.

We normally take until March / April until we find one, but I don't know when they actually come out.
