Of course, but how do you get it out of the bottle ? I'm wondering if the alcohol has separated though. Aren't some spirits created by freezing ?

I've frozen wine loads of times. Usually by accident :-)

Yes, it's still alcoholic.
I once put a bottle in th freezer to chill it- and then found it a few days later. I expected it to crack as it defrosted so I left it outside to defrost, but the bottle didn't break. the wine was delicious- I didn't remember any issues about being alcoholic but if I enjoyed it I don't mind
Me too - it is fine when defrosted

It's not completely frozen so I'm hoping it will have defrosted a bit in a bit
I like it chilled but I've gone a bit far
I once put a bottle of wine in the freezer and the cork was forced out.
Had the wine solidified in the bottle or was it all over the place?
I once put 6 bottles of wine in the freezer to cool and forgot about them. When I next looked they had exploded and made a right mess of the freezer . Took 2 hours to clean up the mess!

I'm regretting it was still alcoholic this morning ;-(
