Looking around my flat I realise I have run out of bookshelves, no room for any more , have piles of paper backs in any available space
Yes, I have a Kindle
Yes, I go to the library regularly
I knit, I stitch, I watch TV, I garden, I shop locally and in town, I clean and cook

Yes Annea your right which is why I never called it a holiday.
I turn 50 the year after so we are combining all these special occasions and clearing off for 6 weeks, its still a 4 year off yet - will take some planning and a lot of saving as we have furry friends to think of.

my car i suppose. I lease it and I don't really really need one. I got along without one for many years. It's very convenient to have it though.

I don't really have extravagances either. A good perfume will last me all year till my next birthday/ Christmas. I treat myself on occasion to a book or nice cup, music download or clothes.
