People who live near a city with mass immigration (as I do living on the edge of Birmingham) realise the huge damage immigration has done.
Of course those living in the country or in (or near) cities of low immigration have no idea what the "fuss" is about with immigration.
And as an extra in the last week or so we have had the police raiding dozens of houses (mostly of black / asian people) and hundreds arrested in the lead up to the Notting Hill Carnival and the confiscation of guns and knives and the seizing of class A and class B drugs.

I hope our politicians are happy with the way they have ruined this country over the last 30 or 40 years.

My parents are immigrants and we're good people.
I think when I read things like this this it saddens me, because I acknowledge that there are some real lowlifes (lowlives? not sure) amongst immigrant communities who tar everyone else from their race. However, it might make sense to weigh it up like this:
Go to Channel Five On Demand and watch five episodes of any 'Benefits' programme - especially those filmed in Jaywick and ask yourself whether this is representative of white working class people.
I know it might be difficult if you are exposed to the worst of people through the media, but the fact is - drug gangs are racially agnostic. You will get Greek, white, black and Asian drug gangs all over.
If you walked around part of the Gorbals after 21:00 at night, you are very likely to be offered smack or crack, without a brown or black face in sight.
I understand where you're coming from, but this blanket "Isn't immigration awful" thing is a red herring. If there were no immigrants, believe me, there would still be drugs.

Once again, I don't believe we have been told that.
We are told that immigration - as a concept - is good for the country, and I would agree with that, but that does not mean that uncontrolled immigration, or the immigration of criminals is good for us - clearly that is nonsense, which is why I don't believe anyone has actually said that.
