Am going to change the 3 x MR16 lights on our landing to 240v GU10 LED's. Going to disconnect the transformers and connect the porcelain GU10 lampholders to the mains. Any ideas on what connectors to use the connect the GU10 lead to the mains cable with? I don't think ordinary strip connector would be up to standard. Or any other ideas?

google LED Spotlight/ down-lighting conversion guide for GU10 and MR16
Small ceramic block connectors are available but I think the standard connector strip would be okay for LED lamps as they don't heat up as much as halogens.
