I took out a policy for one week for our Normandy holiday on September 1st.
I did this middle of last week. I have still not had policy emailed to me. I have contacted the company three times so far and they keep saying they have emailed it to me, so far they have supposedly emailed it three times so far. They have my correct email address as they contact me to say they have emailed the policy. I have asked them to check if the email address is correct on the policy. They have asked me to check spam folder. I don't have one but I have junk and trash files which I have checked and nothing there.
I am stuck what to do as I need this policy before I go on holiday.
I know it's a genuine company. I had a multi holiday policy with them which has just run out. They emailed me a renewal quote for that but as we will not be going away again until next year it didn't seem worth doing another one.
Any ideas what I can do good folks?

I am reluctant to telephone them as I did the actual policy by phone and it took me 15 minutes before I spoke to someone.
Perhaps ask them to post you a copy, or e mail it to someone you know.
can you email and ask them to send it to you as a reply to your email? That way you'll know the address is correct. (They might want to ask security questions first.)
I have lots of emails go missing, which for some reason don't go into my inbox, trash or anything else that I can think of.
I have to go to the search box with a title keyword or name of the sender to find them.

Good idea Hopkirk, thank you.
Caran, get a Freephone number for the company from here:

then stay on the phone until you get satisfaction!

They say they have sent it on correct email. Has been done as a reply onlong thread I have with them and separately as a new email.

Good goalie the phone number is an 0203 number which is free. It was the length of time it took to get through, so many options, then on hold, then more options then on hold aagain, I was at breaking point before I spoke to anyone.

I am seriously thinking of looking for another quote and cancelling this one.

I phoned them today. Quoted what was said on email about separate email being sent in 15 minutes. She said she had never heard of this so will send policy docs by post. I was on hold 8.5 minutes before I spoke to a human!
Given the stories you've told us about your previous holidays, I'm amazed that anyone is mad enough to offer you insurance cover anyway!
