Faint Print On Web Pages

When I open a web page it is difficult to read because the print is so faint.
Its nothing to do with my desktop screen. Thank you in advance

Which browser and operating system are you using?

Can you give an example of which websites.

windows XP and firefox.
Glenton travel to the doric hotel blackpool. The print is very light and the seating plan for empty seats is almost invisible.
No problem at all on my screen:

Go here:
Check that the black boxes on the left are as black as they could possibly be and that the white boxes on the left are snowy white.

Then check the really important bit: You need to be able to clearly see all of the numbers, from 0 to 10, on both of the numbered lines. If you can't (and I'm willing to bet that you can't!), your monitor isn't correctly set up. (Follow the instructions underneath the coloured boxes to put things right).
