UK ipod returns

I applied to have an empty box sent out as the click wheel on my ipod has stopped working. The instructions say to put it in the box and wait for the delivery service to come collect it.....but doesn't say when they will collect it.

Does anyone know how this works?

Call the helpline again (the same number you called in the first place), quote the case number they gave you and ask them to arrange the collection.
