Free computer clean up software. Any recommendations?

Hi all.

Can anyone advise me on a good program to clean up my pc from bugs, corrupt files, etc?

I've used the trial version of Tune Up utililies 2006 and I thought it was good, but is there any other free trial software I can use, before making the decision to buy?

I don't know a lot about computers, so an idiot's guide would be good.

Check this out: http://www.ccleaner.com/ . I use this all the time. It will clean out LOTS of useles stuff, as well as redundant registry entries. I have never had a problem with it at all. Perfect, and its FREEEE!!!! YAY!!!!!
