I’ve always thought of UKIP as not so much a political party, more a league of gentlemen sketch that got out of hand.

Interesting Webbo, but not sure what relevance this has to UKIP ?

UKIP still continues to attract the weird and wonderful, whereas Labour goes from strength to strength.

These two links show how UKIP continues to implode.
If there was an Election next week Labour would probably win, whereas UKIP still won't have a single MP.
How is 'coconut' a racial slur?
What Webbo's links show, Mikey, is that while UKIP attracts froot loops and wierdos, Labour are not above interfering with the due process of law when it's to their advantage while playing their man of the people rot.
Your heroes have feet of clay.

Jackdaw 'Coconut' is / was a term used to refer to a person of Afro Caribbean origin. It is considered derogatory .
Jack, I think 'coconut' is a racial slur because it implies someone is dark on the outside, but white on the inside
Holy Jesus, it's like going back to the 70s on here sometimes.
It's progressing as expected , once the UKIP MEPs vote themselves out of existence in 2 years time the party will be no more than a memory.
But what a memory being the party that saved the UK!

Personally I have never heard of the term 'coconut' for a racial slur, neither can I find any reference to it in the profanisaurus.
