Although Windows 10 is a vast Improvement on previous versions and generally works quite well, one still gets those irritating crap problems with Windows one has always had , often causing freezing. seems they just can't deal with that.. the old Win irritants-Windows is not responding, Wait, Windows can't do this, that or the other.
But the most irritating one which seems to happen fairly often, I am not sure if it's Windows or Firefox. often when downloading something or similar actions, I get that thing I so hate, pop up message appears on Firefox saying "unresponsive script".. after that you know you are screwed ,the thing just freezes up. can't even restart. All you can do is press the power button to switch it off completely and start again.
so is this problem caused by windows or Firefox and what causes it?

Perhaps it isn't OS related if it used to happen in earlier versions too.

All drivers up to date ? Everything at latest version ? Memory and disk tests show all's well ?
