What Are Best Outdoor Solar Lights For Garden

everytime i buy some they seem dull or break after a few days . saying that they are cheap at about 4-5 pounds each out of argos or B&M stores

I'm looking for a set of lights for some garden steps - some that could sit on the steps themselves that are not too dear.

Most of the ones I see are stick-in-the-ground types - so any ideas/reviews would be appreciated!

I use B&Q: bright lights, but a few do fail. I've found I can always take duds back for exchange without difficulty.
