I've noticed that this kind of clue is often wrongly called an anagram The correct parse is

G RA PHICNO VEL

Note (G) and Bolero Composer (Ravel) are not in anagram form
'Chopin' is in anagram form, indicator 'arrangement' with 'accepts' as containment indicator.
