the BT Router shows a solid blue light. my computer is wired to the router and works but everything else does not, I have a Netgear WiFi Range extender which appears to work BUT the Sky box although showing a good signal from the Range extender does not get a signal at the Sky Box, 3 iPads and 3 iPhone in the house cannot connect to the internet. Before I disturb the BT people has anyone any ideas as to what's happening? I have tried turning the router off and on again. I have had this problem now for three days. Any ideas gratefully received, Bramley

Which model of BT Homehub?

On mine the blue light indicates that its connected to the internet.

Have you tried telling one of the ipads to forget the network, then re-entering the wifi password and pressing the wifi wps button at the same time?

My router is a BTHub5. I have tried that plus one of the iPads belongs to my sister in law and she put all the passwords etc in as new. Mine indicates a blue light when connected to internet. I tried your suggestion and sorry to say nothing happened. Bramley
You can access the hub by entering

bthomehub.home

in the address bar of your browser.

You will need the hub password - which is different from the wifi password - to access advance features of the hub.

Have a look and see what your wifi settings are.
