I have to have a scan for suspected NAFLD. I have received the appointment - 4.30pm and a diet sheet.
I am to eat nothing after 10 am and have no fat at all on the day - including eggs, milk in coffee, oily fish, nor bread.

Can anyone tell me why this is?
