I am currently assisting a local company in setting up a new cake decorating and supplies venture - would really welcome your comments on the below if you can help please:
- Where do you buy baking/ decorating supplies? (i.e. tins/ icing/ tools/figures etc.)
- What items do you struggle to get or have limited choice with?
- What cake/ bake items do you spend most money on?
- If you could order online and have items delivered FREE next day - is this something that would be useful?
- What one item can't you live without/ use the most?
- Finally, if anyone is about to purchase any cake/ bake items and if so what?
Thanks!

OMG, I could answer every question. Doing a lot of baking, I have trouble with the following. (Just as an example). New tart tins are on sale, but there are no pastry cutters that fit the size of tin, square silicone cake moulds are made and offered for sale, but you cannot get little square paper cases anywhere. I could go on for hours.
Do you mean cases for square cupcakes?
