Just watched a programme about him - very impressive. He works alone, does the filming, edits it, then sends it out to all the News channels around the world who jointly employ him.
He seems to have a very busy schedule, and at 69 may or may not be considering retirement....
My question is how many people will it take to replace him? I can't help but think that if say the BBC was asked to provide this service he would be replaced by a team of ten - at least!

I am not sure that he can be replaced.....One of the things he has is a relationship of trust with the Queen built up over many years.
Great programme which I have seen twice. He is the antithesis of the paparazzi and always shows great respect for HM.
Definitely not a royalist but I did enjoy this programme.
