Hi - I am trying to remember the name of a song that i'm almost positive that Kraftwerk did in the 1990's - I know that they did an album called 'The Mix' which re-mixed some of their earlier songs, but I don't think that this song was on it (might be wrong!) - Not much to go on but it was a really catch electric 'banjo' type riff with intermitant heavy beat, then the music stoped every now and then and there was some inaudible lyrics.

Sorry to be so vague, but its driving me nuts.

Are you sure it was Kraftwerk? I only ask because Swamp Thing by The Grid pretty much fits the bill - electronica, dance beats, a catchy banjo riff and occasional nonsense lyrics, and it was from the 90s (1994 to be exact).

I can't say Swamp Thing sounds much like Kraftwerk, but that's probably the track you're looking for. Incidentally, if so, it's not an electric banjo-type sound... it's a real banjo!
