What you see in the tv guide is the decided schedule for that day. The only reason progs are subject to change are due to unforseen circumstnces in the footy i.e. extra time and penalties causing the match to over-run and the following programme starting later or even being moved to another day.

I realise that extra time etc can affect progs. but it says in my guide "if the early match is shown etc" or "if the later match is shown etc" the following pogs will be shown. Is there a way of finding out a few days ahead what will shown?
if you have teletex then all the TV programmes are listed and they seem to put any changes, I know what you mean the footie and then next week tennis which seems to run over the time,

Teletext only tells you todays & on tmrws it says "subject to change. If possible I like to know what`s on say on Tuesday. Does it mean that the only way to find out during the next 2 weeks or so is to wait & see on the day??
At the moment the tv companies don't know what they'll be showing until 24 hours before, so you will just have to go day by day.

:)

Thought as much Ethel. That really bugs me as I like to plan my evenings ahead if I intend watching tv.

Ps. Sorry I forgot to say thanks to you all for replying.
Both of Tuesday's games are on itv with bbc showing late night highlights.
